Every clause describing how the service behaves is accurate to the system as built. The clauses that allocate legal risk, in particular section 11, and the two values still marked in red, need professional review and completion before this page is published or relied on.
01Who we are
PlusRole is a service provided by Tiny Bot Labs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14808229, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the business that agrees to these terms.
You can reach us at [email protected].
These terms apply from the date we confirm your first employee build in writing. They replace anything said in a sales conversation.
02The service
We design, build, connect, monitor and maintain AI employees that work inside the tools your team already uses, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack or email.
An AI employee is one named role with its own defined responsibilities, its own approved systems, and its own approval boundaries. It is not a single workflow and it is not a general-purpose assistant. Your plan includes up to three of them.
Before we build anything, we agree a written scope with you covering what the employee is responsible for, which systems it may reach, what it may do without asking, and what must stop for a person. That scope is the definition of the service we are providing.
We aim to have your first employee working within ten to fourteen days of the first call. That is a target based on how the work has run for us, not a contractual deadline.
03Fees and what is included
| Item | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly fee | $750 per month | Up to three AI employees. Billed monthly in advance. |
| Setup fee | $1,000 once | Discovery, scoping and building your first employee. Waived for builds starting in the month stated on our pricing page at the time you sign up. |
| Included model usage | Up to $250 per month | Across all your employees combined. See section 4. |
| Scale | From $1,900 per month | Four or more employees, higher usage limits and priority support. |
Prices are shown in US dollars or pounds sterling depending on where you are. The currency we bill you in is the one stated on your invoice. Fees are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable tax, which we will add where required.
The monthly fee covers the employee build, the integrations, monitoring, maintenance, human support, ongoing improvements and the model usage described in section 4. There are no separate usage invoices.
Fees are payable monthly in advance, on the same date each month, by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.
04Included model usage
Running an AI employee costs money in AI model usage and third-party provider fees. We pay those costs, not you. Your monthly fee includes up to $250 of model usage per month across all of your employees combined.
You are never sent a usage bill and there is no meter for you to watch. If one of your employees begins running consistently beyond the included allowance, we will tell you before it becomes a problem and offer to move you to Scale. We will not move you, or change what you pay, without your agreement.
We measure usage ourselves and we do not ask you to track it. If you decline to move to Scale and the usage continues beyond the allowance, we may reduce the scope of the affected employee to bring it back within the allowance, having first discussed the options with you. We will give you at least 30 days before making any such change.
05Term, cancellation and refund
Term
The service runs month to month. There is no minimum term and no fixed contract length.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We do not pro-rate part months.
We may end the service by giving you 30 days written notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of us asking you to.
Money-back guarantee
If the service is not right for you, you may ask for a full refund of your first month's fee within 30 days of your first employee going live. We will refund it without argument.
- The guarantee covers the monthly fee. If your setup fee was waived, it stays waived and we will not invoice it because you took the refund.
- The guarantee is available once per customer.
- Taking the refund ends the service at that point.
06Your responsibilities
- Access. You provide the access we agreed in the scope, and you have the right to grant it. We will ask for the least access that lets the employee do its job.
- Accuracy. The information you give us about your business, systems and rules is accurate as far as you know.
- Approvals. Where the scope says a person must approve something, you make sure someone does. We cannot be responsible for work that waits because nobody approved it.
- Your own obligations. You remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory duties to your customers, staff and suppliers. Handing work to an AI employee does not move those duties to us.
07Human approval and limits
Anything that leaves your business waits for a person. External messages, outbound email and anything else the scope marks as requiring approval are prepared but not sent until one of your people approves them.
No AI employee we build has payment access. We do not connect employees to payment rails, and we will not agree a scope that gives one the ability to move money.
AI systems make mistakes. We monitor for them, we fix them, and correcting an employee's behaviour is part of the monthly fee rather than a chargeable change. What we cannot do is guarantee that an employee will never produce a wrong or unhelpful output, which is exactly why the approval boundaries in your scope exist.
08Data and ownership
Your data stays yours
You own the business data you give us access to, and everything your employees produce from it. We process it to run the service and for no other purpose. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
What you keep if you leave
If you stop using the service, we return your data and give you written documentation of everything we built: each employee's responsibilities, the systems it touched, the rules it followed, and where it stopped for a person. The running system itself, including our tooling, prompts and configuration, stays with us.
What we own
We own the platform, tooling and methods we use to build and run employees, including anything we develop while working with you that is not specific to your business. You own the business knowledge and content you supply.
We will hold your data for 30 days after the service ends, then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it.
09Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service, or ask us to build an employee, in order to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or impersonate a person or organisation
- make decisions about individuals that carry legal or similarly significant effects without meaningful human involvement
- process special category personal data, unless we have agreed the specifics in writing first
If we reasonably believe the service is being used this way, we may suspend it while we talk to you about it.
10Availability and support
We monitor your employees and the systems they connect to. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, because a meaningful part of the service depends on third-party systems we do not control, such as your CRM, your messaging platform and the AI model providers.
Support is provided by email to [email protected] during 09:00 to 17:30 UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding English public holidays. We aim to respond within four working hours.
We may make changes to how an employee works in order to keep it running as models, integrations and platforms change. Where a change alters what the employee does for you, we will agree it with you first.
11Warranties and liability
Liability wording decides what happens when something goes badly wrong, and an exclusion drafted too broadly can be set aside in full, leaving no protection at all. Have counsel review this before relying on it.
What we promise
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that an AI employee will be free of error, or that its output will be correct in every case. That is exactly why every scope defines approval boundaries, and why anything leaving your business waits for one of your people.
What you are responsible for
Where the scope requires a person to approve something, the decision to approve it is yours. We are not liable for loss arising from work your people approved, from access you granted outside the agreed scope, or from information you gave us that turned out to be inaccurate.
What we exclude
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, or loss or corruption of data held in systems we do not control.
The limit
Subject to the paragraph below, our total liability to you in connection with the service, whether in contract, in tort including negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the total fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
What we never exclude
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it. The date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed.
We will not change your monthly fee during your first 12 months. After that, any price change comes with the same notice.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under law that cannot be varied by agreement.
