BEFORE YOU ASK

How long until it’s working?
Ten to fourteen days from the first call to your first employee working in Teams, Slack or email.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Month to month, cancel any time, and 30 days money-back on your first month.
What does “model usage included” mean?
Your fee covers up to $250 of model usage a month across all three employees. There is no metering to watch and you are never billed for it. If an employee starts running beyond that, we tell you and move you to Scale.
What happens if it gets something wrong?
Anything leaving your business waits for a person. We monitor it, we fix it, and correcting it is part of the fee rather than a change request.
What do we keep if we stop?
Your data is yours and we return it. You also keep written documentation of everything we built: each employee’s responsibilities, the systems it touched, the rules it followed and where it stopped for a person. The running system stays with us.
What was the $1,000 setup fee for?
Discovery, scoping and building your first employee, which is the work before anything goes live. It is waived for builds starting this month.
